Returns Policy

We hope you’re happy with your purchase, if you decide it isn’t right for you,  you can return or exchange unwanted items within 30 days of purchase*. All returns must include our returns form. Items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition (including all packaging and tags intact)
  • Have proof of purchase such as receipt or order confirmation
  • There are some items that we can’t return or exchange unless faulty;
    1. Custom made items: Made to Measure Soft Furnishings, Build Your Own Pendant and Bespoke Rugs.
    2. Paint, Wallpaper and Paint Samples.

You can also return items bought online, in-store at our Worcester based Showroom, which is the fastest way to receive a refund

Please bring your receipt or order confirmation, as well as your original payment method for us to process your refund or exchange.

 

*All returns are completed at the cost of the customer.

REFUNDS

The time to receive a refund depends on when and how an item was returned. If you return via:

Returns Form – your refund will be issued when our Warehouse receive your order. We’ll send you an email confirmation once your refund has been processed, and once you’ve received your confirmation email it can take 3-5 days for the funds to reach your account.

Instore – Please allow up to 7 days for your bank account to process this refund.

Please note that all refunds will be made back to the original tender type.

EXCHANGES

To make an exchange, bring your item into our Worcester based Showroom. We can exchange an item up to 28 days after purchase if it meets the conditions of our returns policy listed above.

For online purchases, you can also place a new order for the desired product and return the unwanted item.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please inspect your item fully upon receipt. Any items which are damaged or otherwise marked in any way must be advised to us within 7 days of receipt. Once notified, we will contact you regarding the next steps. If you know that you will not be able to check the item within this window, please contact us after ordering and advise the time window you would require in order to inspect the item.
